THIS IS TRUTH ...The reverse split has already been approved. It can happen at any time and a PR is not required. And shareholders did not get a vote since right before the vote, HJOE's management handed themselves 178 million shares that gave the 3 stooges running this the majority of votes. So only Veal, Adamson and Jaynes had to vote to get over the 50% needed for approval of the reverse and increase in A/S.

all in my opinion...but likely fact.
