I spent some time looking at the HOV chart last night and I think you guys may be on to something here. There's two afterhours candles that are really defining the chart but in a nutshell the bottom could very well be in at $3.10. For us to be sure we'd want to see the UTL broken and if it doesn't happen straight away a reversal in the blue target box would be a great place to add/load IMO.
