REVO - VERY HIGH ALERT STRONG BUY!

$250M Buyout DD

779M O/S so PPS .32 COMMENTS/QUESTIONS/CONCERNS?

1) REVO owns patents to mobile and surveillance camera technology (2 way audio/video and motion sensing that triggers video to be recorded) Here is an example of the infringed tech in use by 1 company.

2) September 2014: REVO sues Alarmforce, Livewatch, CPI, and Protect America who are using their technology. http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=63776202

3) January 2015: Livewatch gets bought by Ascent Capital (NASDAQ ASCMA) for $67M, switching the liability in the suit over to Ascent. http://www.securitysystemsnews.com/article/monitronics-acquires-livewatch-security-67m

4) February 26 2015 Ascent announces they are going to buy a Canadian alarm company (could it be Alarmforce?)

5) April 9 2015 Ascent Capital reorganizes a $550M line of credit http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=66314828

6) April 15 2015 Alarmforce (of Ontario Canada) settles and becomes a licensee of the tech http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=66450350

7) April 17 2015 REVO demonstrates $210M to $360M worth per terms of royalties due from infringers (which REVO says is over 100)http://finance.yahoo.com/news/revolutionary-concepts-announces-licensee-settles-161200943.html

8) April 20 2015 Ascent Capital hires an M&A VP and on the same day REVO PR's to organize. http://finance.yahoo.com/news/revolutionary-concepts-announces-major-plans-190126352.html

Logically speaking, it would seem that since Ascent knew of the REVO lawsuit against Livewatch and they still bought Livewatch anyway, that Ascent is ready to deal with REVO. Ascent is about to buy a yet unknown Canadian alarm company, and if it is Alarmforce, then Ascent clearly is ready to settle with REVO. The game changer is, Ascent has the money to buyout REVO and seems to be prepping to do something like this.
