Let's see...

Chris buy $800,000 of debt using Chris Carey advisors LLC,
Obviously Lies about HD, and Sony deal on Fox tech,
Increases A/S to 6 billion on Dec 19th 2014,
Closes shop due to funding on Jan 20th 2015, although that's what his LLC company is in business to advise how not to let happen..lol

Does not file R/S or Bankruptcy but files a NT 10k, but doesn't meet late deadline...

What is total bought shares,traded since 20 Jan 2015? All for what?...far from normal here on OTC ..or in other words Very Strange...Something up or would have really closed shop and quickly!
