I don't have an issue with the 2 billion issued and currently restricted shares. When a company does a reverse merger they are going to ensure that they retain a substantial majority of the voting power. In this case they maintained 80 percent which is comparatively low to similar mergers.
There certainly is not any dumping, so for now we wait for news which will add a spark to this stock.
