I have seen stocks like this before, DRGZ one of them, they usually move because the MM's are stuck with shares they need to liquidate, therefore they create what is called a Gap an'Trap move, never consistent and nobody is able to catch a low entry, you always find yourself catching a bleeding knife, low float yes cause the Mm's call the shots, they control the float, that is why you see premarket trades, as they push it up and leave huge gaps.
