Dak - be honest my man...they have stated that they need $17 mil for costs leading to Q4 milestone attainment. They had 26.1 on hand as of 12/31/14. How can they not do at least one more financing ? Mkt is just coming to grips with it now IMO

A raise of $20 mil and this is in the 1.08 - 1.12 range like that
