This seems overly defensive somehow.

BIG was paid by a third party? Someone with no ties to NTEK or Foley at all? Well, why would they do that?

Several of the indictments against Foley from the Ultracade debacle were about cut-out corporations he created to hide the fact that the money was going directly to him.

I'm assuming he's gotten a little smarter with his cut-outs, but still, I'm sure they'll unwind to Foley and NTEK eventually.

I think BIG's pumps were corrupt and criminal. I don't give two hoots if Foley's grandmother paid him out of her egg money.
