I have a new theory on why and what management is doing if I were a part of management and intended on doing a buyback I would do exactly what they are doing at this moment manipulating the stock price while issuing no concrete press release. They are waiting on the 50% pay out from the Korea contract to make the buyback purchase this makes the most logical sense if this company is what it says it is. Wants to buy back his complete that's when we will see press releases contracts and the first-quarter results .
