This is no proof, i could show you 100s of stocks that were penny, and a few below a penny at one time stocks that are now big time NYSE stocks. I said proof, this was just a rant about the share price.

And HJOEE has never done a R/S so i don't get all this talk of wash rinse and repeat. Considering they have yet to do their first RS, also they have always been late on filings, BUT they have always filed.

Some of us have been here a long time, and actually done some real DD.
