1) rare earth prices can skyrocket like in 2011 (share price up)

2) huge dilution then reverse split. ( share price down)

2) huge reverse split then dilution.( share price down)

3) get new financing from financials institutions. ( it depends on financing)

4) forward rare earth sells ( share price up)

5) volunteer bankruptcy.. ( shares worth zero)
