Just trying to connect the dots-try these dots

Forgotten is the missing "dot"...future massive stock dilution.

How much did BAYP pay for Stefflebeam, and their yearly $7.5K revenue from it? BAYP has never bothered to inform their SHs of the details. Why bother SHs with the cost, and the missing dot... resulting stock dilution for that $7.5K of revenue.

Fast forward to the current, and the A/S has gone from 15M to 700M. The O/S from 15M to 248M. O/S restricted stands at 179M. For the pleasure of a SH seeing the O/S dilute their EPS by 16.5X, SHs got back $27K in oil/gas revenue, and a net income of ~-$150K. When the 179M hits the float in Jul-Aug, that ought to do wonders for the PPS. Of course it will be blamed on some sort of Short conspiracy. LOL

As BAYP goes about acquiring this or that oil/gas interest, the O/S will continue up from 248M. Not even a 3.75% NRI is given away for free. That A/S at 700M isn't sitting out there for giggles. And nothing to prevent the A/S from being raised.

By the time BAYP management buys a dribble here and there to add up to a $200K+ oil/gas revenue, the stock dilution will be massive. EPS against the current O/S 248M using $200K is 0.0008. That would be fun to use to justify the current PPS of 014, much less anything higher. As long as retail buys the stock dumps, BAYP will keep on playing the game. There are countless played out wells they can buy an interest in to generate PRs to support future P&Ds.
