That's not what the PR said. It said the loans are collaterized by shares belonging to third party shareholders who are willing to loan out their shares IIRC.



Maybe there are different terms for to two loans. Anyway feels good that Solomon confirmed that the issuing of new shares was for the loan agreement and not for dilution. I´m happy with that:)
