Though...






With 950-960 Million short in CWIR/FNB...

even with 500 Million F/S shares you would likely have to acquire and merge a stake in other MMJ company's in class C shares to cover the short fall in shares in FNB class C SS...

Maybe close to a Billion shares to maintain the 500 Million class C SS in FNB...

IDK...I got .02. But I don't think that last, if FNB Class A merge with a NASDAQ ready...and becomes the only...

NASDAQ MMJ attached to a MMJ REIT in the world ??
