Martin Midstream Partners Announces Quarterly Cash Distribution and Release Date of First Quarter 2015 Results

KILGORE, Texas, April 23, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Martin Midstream Partners L.P. (Nasdaq:MMLP) announced today it has declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.8125 per unit, or $3.25 per unit on an annualized basis, for the quarter ended March 31, 2015. The quarterly distribution is unchanged from the distribution paid following the previous quarter. The distribution is payable on May 15, 2015 to common unitholders of record as of the close of business on May 8, 2015. The ex-dividend date for the cash distribution is May 6, 2015.
