I challenged John to have the company actually close something and release, that news. I must say I like his response which caught me off guard, normally he says nothing worth noting, read carefully!

You are all entitled to your opinions. Yes, there will be a news release on the final closing of the latest acquisition which I expect could be this week as well.




With regard to the Arizona acquisitions they are still moving forward and will be announced as soon as finalized.

I wish I could say nice news! or nice update or whatever, but I am frustrated that every single PR this company has put out, is regarding a "proposed" deal or acquisition, materially this company has yet to acquire a single thing John. Do you anticipate a PR announcing an actual acquisition in the near future ? Or will the Arizona properties deal be scrapped while the company pursues "other" opportunities. One million dollars at low penny or sub penny shares is never going to happen (in regards to the LOI news this morning) this company is down to days to deliver on something or it will be completely hamstrung and never close a damn thing IMO.
