Cramer (MadMoney, CNBC) did a take on stocks week past last Thur. and said that the way to beat shorts is paying a dividend, that shorter has to pay dividend. Of course they don't have the capital yet but that is probably the idea of spinning off services company which seems to have been opposed by ...

.... 14c had no effect whatsoever on the shorts...

So if they spin it off as a private company first to keep them paying dividend with new co. short share that would break them Treaty NSS.
