True, even funnier (Not) when deep due diligence proves to uncover the truth. Unfortunately it is usually too late and shareholders are stuck with a lemon instead of the diamonds that they were led to believe they held. The FACT of the matter is investors were TOLD it was one company. However the filings don't seem to sync up with the words spoken.
