I'm just trying to document the facts as they are. Epic Investments had a large number of warrants and a large number of shares. They have distributed all of those warrants and shares over time, and now, for whatever reason, they have distributed all those warrants and all those shares. None left- Epic's books are clean. Is there a reason? Absolutely. Is there a reason to do it now as opposed to later? Your guess is as good as mine. I think it is important for everyone to realize that there was no dilution yesterday, and approximately 80% of the shares distributed went to insiders who cannot sell without public reporting. The other 20% are sell-able shares without reporting. It is what it is.
