This seems like tremendous news and i expect a double today. Congrats longs! (i have no position as have been expecting huge dilution). Couple serious questions tho- what were the terms of this loan? Why didnt they disclose the anual rate / specifics on this 41 mill? How much total debt does this co have now? Did the total debt go up or down? I guess we have to wait for additional filings
