Well...

Considering I have 3 activity logs for 1 share each of ENTI, with 1 shares already being assigned to my Non Self clearing shares. Also from my understand that because my f/s divvy's on those shares were late. It created a security fraud issue because it was and still is a CASH account. Those should have never been late for any reason. So,they can not be R/S'd. Question is do they have to clear. I would say No.

Now if my share of 250 Million Certs is represented by those 1 ENTI Shares in my activity log. Then I can take that times 3, or a total of 750 Million, what ever my share of that is. Might be just the 1 share, value at least $2.

So speculation is, if you have 250 Million left at ENTI, 450 Million Encounter Tech Inc shares. That is 650 Million shares add the 500 million NPT shares from CWIR side and the PTEL side that is 1.2 Billion shares

I guess it all depends if you sell and what price you want. Pretty sure Aug-Sept 250 certs have to be delivered to PTEL which should represent 250 Million shares...

Catch 22 Might be if there is a 5% F/S on those 500 Million ENTI left at some point. Funny though that is 25 Million shares. the exact shares count of Alger Construction...isn't Alger part of NPT ???

So in Speculation also, If you keep those 10 Million, you would get 500,000 shares of NPT with a target price of $5. or $2,500,000.00 in free Money in a REIT. ENTI price would have to be pretty good to give that away. Randy did say something about a Divvy payment.... Suck if there were shorts...

Might make the price go...BOOM!!!

Pure Speculation and Nonsense...,only fairly tales and fairies can make that happen...well maybe shorted CASH account also
