Nope and nope.

Au contraire.
Here in the good 'ol US of A, particularly in Montana where Im currently at, folks around here only sell our oil to China.
In fact, all the oil around here goes to China and the gas to Canada.
There are no Chinese firms here.

Moreover, notwithstading they (SmartWin) are down 4 to nuthin, China does need Empire accordingly to get out of a very ugly multi-billion dollar lawsuit as well as, I presume the good folks of Tasmania, are of like mind.
