zero doubts both OBG and ECO were *factors* re: P2O
after RH was installed as Ceo back in mid August 2013

so i won't be surprised if the *pilot* was already >> piloted then too (2013) ..

i too suspect time line for Eco's behind the scenes .. *tweakage*
is in play for all sorts of reasons .. not the least of which is most likely .. financial

that said >> i'm still curious as to why RH *imo* was out of character
reiterating the ACC Executive Summary back on 2.23.15 .. i still suspect it pertains
to the 2nd buyer in P2O's pipeline .. but only time will tell (when/if filed by P2O's mgmt)
