I am not discrediting your find, I just think that information from these state web sites tells a better story then a web site with a few pictures.
With all the current rules and regulations the only verifiable way to tell if someone is infact currently operating is on these state sites.

Seems the state of Oklahoma is monitoring earthquakes in a serious fashion. They would without a doubt have a record of drilling.
