If you are directing me towards your link with the downhole web site yes. However I have an 11 year old son who has a 5th grade project to create a fictional business, they to made a web site.

I am not discrediting your find, I just think that information from these state web sites tells a better story then a web site with a few pictures.

With all the current rules and regulations the only verifiable way to tell if someone is infact currently operating is on these state sites.
