the plan seems obvious……

if one is experienced in PENNYS…….this is easy to see………..

otherwise its played as a FLIP stock…….. thats the FACTUAL technical analysis on INCC

noticed that the lack of response on ALL the issues I raised is common place……..because there is NO WAY TO come up with a proper, professional, explanation from the company as to WHY those issues are flat out FAILS…….and there never was any REAL documentation of any accomplishments, just little play pics and TWEETS

there is a BIG reason why nothing substantial is documented……..experienced PENNY investors recognize this as well………...

when an accountant does an audit and $3M shows in a line of credit account, the stock might do something, untiil then this is a weekly joke to comment on

to defend INCC is to deny the OBVIOUS PENNY red flags………to PLAY the INCC game……….
