Factually, Reid was prominently mentioned and shown in the company Facebook page covering the 2014 Hardware show slightly less than a year ago.

The confusion arises in that Reid Goldstein was not the president of Capstone Companies but rather of its subsidiary, Capstone Industries

While it appears that he is gone, it is possible that this would not qualify as a "material event", but simply as a personnel matter involving a subsidiary operation. Still, it should have certainly been worth a mention as a matter of interest to shareholders.
