We were happy to partner with the founder Mitchell Koulouris, who also runs a very successful gourmet chocolate Candy Company.

Something Chocolate is based in California where its production and distribution will begin in the MMJ edibles space. Cannabis Funding Group, LP and Smart Ventures, Inc. made a combined investment of $300,000 in the new venture in exchange for 9.9% equity ownership with 1 warrant per share and 2.5% royalty from net cash. We expect this to be a successful brand, building upon the success our partner has made in the conventional gourmet chocolate space.
