PMEA ~ The PM & E Inc Board of Directors is pleased to announce that the Company has signed additional letters of intent to purchase three more operating solar plants in Romania. The Company expects to close all transactions by the end of the second quarter of this year. The Company further plans to utilize its own product in these operations as well.

The Company expects that the solar plant operations will be cash flow and earnings positive before year end.
