So we're about to become Ameri Holdings after max 18 to 1 reverse.. whats nice is we'll only have 750k OS after reverse and Eberwein owns 60% of that. Even after 20% increase for stock incentive plan this companies float will be ridiculously small. Investors are now looking for post reverse split stocks to buy rather then shunning them. Used to be reverse split was kiss of death... no more. GENE is good example. Reversed from .20 to 2.00, then dipped to 1.50...then...hit 9.00 in a week! yea. Im a buyer here up to .20 but of course trying for less.
