The company had applied and received a symbol BAPI for the Nasdaq small cap market. So far they have submitted a few of the requirements to satisfy the SEC guidelines. There are a few stumbling blocks as expected, which led them to trade as QB in the interim. You have to read all the PR's for the last 12-16 months to get the full gist of things. BH will never give up on this as it appears to be his goal. He does have to curb his instincts (Basic insticts) if you know what I mean, and get on with rebranding Baristas as a family/office/recreational type restaurant. The franchise model at the malls may succeed, and ultimately give birth to BAPI
