I agree yet Active Media Printing is not part of REDG. Yes, Benny heads it up and that is what REDG will eventually be using for the GSL, yet going on REDG's FB, etc and asking about another company and it's ability to deliver to another third party/company is not the right place. We should be asking on Active Media's FB, etc.
I further agree these public rants from several people are not good for any party involved. I know David and the other guy are publicly explaining why paid customers don't have their product. I am sure they have a ton of angry emails from customers, so the easiest way is to publicly explain what is going on, is this current route. However, I think David is going overboard on kick-starter.
Knowing Benny and his business abilities, he probably shipped everything 18th class and/or put everyone's stuff in the same container that is missing.
I don't know if anyone understands the West Coast ports were more or less closed for months. I have a friend at CBP and he said they are still backed-up even though the contract was resolved in mid February. Then all the backlog still has to clear CBP/customs, which by the way is a black hole. He also said, containers go missing ALL THE TIME and pop-up when they pop-up...
