$HEOFF / HEO.V looking at for my Roth. OTC ticker has no liquidity so looking at the canadian ticker. California drought is getting worse and spreading powder on reservoirs isn't the solution (FSI)...

Digging for water picks...membrane technologies (RO), micro-filtration, and UV disinfection. I attending a seminar last week with a few folks that are instrumental in formulating regulation for direct recycled potable water (toilet to tap). They think its only a few years out for California (2018?).
