VitaCig, and is NOT VitaCig per say.
Second, we don't know who put out that ad, or what
is the intent behind incorporating the FDA in their
promotions.
They aren't abash about it.
Based on their understanding of how the FDA rules
a product like Vitastik clear of nicotine-based restrictions.
It could very well be legit.
So it is ALL SPECULATION at this point, and therefore
since we DON'T KNOW intent, one cannot make the
statement, " Defense of VTCQ false/deceptive "
In their eyes, it may very well be neither false or
deceptive.
We just don't have enough information.
And even if the FDA required them to remove the logo
and references out of their promotions, it is only
VitaCig South Korea, and not representative of any where
else.
So bottom line, no big deal at all!
