You're right Wilms the FINS will tell all, everything else is conjecture including what you just posted. One thing isn't guess work, Alarm Forced WAS forced to settle because they knew they were guilty of infringement. Leave the details to the experts Wilms, not a board of opinions many of which are very biased. You don't know the percentage of the deal any more than the next guy, for all we know they were given a percent of the company for past years of infringement. SEE Wilms all conjecture
