FDA approval, honestly people ask the FDA when they accepted the resubmittal. We do know that they will only inform the company of denial or ask more specific questions they will not post this information to the public. This is also true with the approval process they wait at least 30 days before they release the approval to the public. from the company just because the pr dates dec. 23rd stating that they resubmitted to the FDA does not mean it was accepted that day. Anyone that has dealt with the government on paper work should know better then that, especially around the holidays. So instead of throwing false information out there stating that the clock stopped and so on state your facts for that assumption even if it is a opinion don't throw bs out there and try to scare people to sell so you can get in lower. Someone mentioned earlier the 3rd of may for words from the company. I would agree or actually I would even say closer to the 10th of may and if you ask why those dates put 2 and 2 together, 1 most government agencies are half staffed around the holidays and 2 its a government agency and honestly I don't think they really care so figure dec. 23rd they sent in the paperwork next day dec. 24 Christmas eve, day after Christmas then one day for work then the weekend and after that you have 2 full days tell news year eve then new years day. I may be wrong but I believe most(not all) government agencies had the day before and after Christmas off then after that was the weekend so if we are lucky it probably got accepted around the 30 of December if we are lucky. What I am saying is that with out an actual date of acceptance by the fda everyone needs to sit back and relax and if you cant, sell your shares and move on or if you don't have anything invested just move on.
