A big deal? No. If this stock was worth a damn, executives would be buying shares more often than once a year...and far more than a measly 200k.

Fact of the matter is, a company's executives should be purchasing shares frequently - not just when pps is tanking and they're desperate to salvage their pos stock.

It becomes a "big deal" when the transaction is in violation of SEC regulations...


Hopefully this offers a trade on monday. Although, if it pops solely as a result of a 200k non restricted common stock buy, it will be kind of laughable. By all means though - I like anything that makes me money.
