Do you expect patients to have the same average survival in 1st line as they do in salvage settings?

The data you keep referencing is from patients who failed an average of 4 prior treatments. Most would assume that basically they are not in good shape.

And in today's world, I would hope patients avoid docs who live in the 90s and fail to see the power of targeted treatments.
