The final closing of the acquisition should be a very important catalyst in PPS movement. The closing will show that the company is truly following through with its plan to appreciate shareholder value and that the list of many possible things to come to fruition has a likelihood to be fulfilled. Until then it's still skepticism from many in the trader community. AIMO of coarse. MLHC I'm certainly willing and happy to hold another couple of weeks to watch it unfold.
