Unfortunately none of us have that answer. a buyout could happen tomorrow or it could never happen. All there is are opinions and speculations until then. As far as material things I am looking for.. the 10k for 2014 year end should be out pretty soon (it's quite late currently) and I think our next court date is in October but don't quote me on that.. I don't have time to look right now I'll let someone else answer with a link
