Hypothetical - Lets say ADT wants to buy REVO. They will look at our potential revenue stream as our valuation. So if we were entitled to 100% of our revenues then they would offer for example $100 Million, but since we are only entitled to 40% then they would only offer 40 Million with that agreement in place.

Or the alternative, keeping with my example they would buy Eyetalk and REVO separately for 60Mil and 40Mil respectively (for entitlement of 100% revs) but same net result for REVO shareholders = $40M.
