Ever take away our right to be optimistic. You hear crap about fat ladies singing and sticking forks for nine years now.....but guess what?.....there's still hope. The company continues to try and get the DR to end their deliberate breach of contract, continues to explore other options and looks forward to getting everything settled.
Also, some shareholders took action on their own last week, which seems to have had some effect....so that's another positive avenue.
