Unfortunately ERHC has gagged the t/a and shareholders can no longer see how fast the dilution is growing.


Clearly by Ntephe not disclosing the number of outstanding shares for the company is willfully depriving the shareholders of "material information" and one more fraudulent practice of which he is guilty !!
What you are doing Peter is criminal ! Essentially destroying the company as u continue to bleed away every last cent by your own greed !
