Actually I believe they may have added more than 2 products last year when you consider the different Brilliant specialty products for nursing homes and bleaches and the additional Kind laundry products. And what about the Laundry Miracle product? Was that new last year? More product and less sales.
What is the point of introducing new products when only a handful of people have ever heard of the products they already have. They act like they can come up with a new product and stick it in their basement with a for sale sign on it and people are going to buy it.
