For those who aren't already loaded but are interested in REDG, given the low volume, it appears that their strategy seems to be to wait on the sidelines until there is some great news of some sort confirming it's safe to enter. IMO, that's not a great strategy.

As an example, if the bid / ask is .0013 / .0014 and a major PR was released by REDG early AM one morning this summer, then the sideliners wouldn't be able to just get in at .0014 at the market open. There would be a hoard of traders trying to get their orders filled, and the stock would quickly gap up before their .0014 would fill. They would be chasing the ask while those who loaded at these prices would be sitting on big profits 1 hour into trading.

The best time to load is in parcels when things are quiet, days or weeks prior to a run.
