Your post is stating that the 10K was filed already. The auditors and Ubiquity disagreed which is allowed. Ubiquity has began the process of using a new auditor and the amendment 10k would be filed then. Doesn't mean their was fraud. It means that Ubiquity and the auditors didn't agree on the filing. Something that has happened multiple times with other companies. What happens is the company has a auditor who doesn't understand the technology. Now Ubiquity is moving forward with a auditor who has previously worked with big tech companies. Wait to see the next filing.
