CBIS posted Net Losses of ($16,886,305) in its Annual Report filed on Tuesday and as I've said those losses are nearly 3X bigger than the losses they posted last year so CBIS obviously doesn't have the money to pay a cash dividend. The only thing CBIS could do is create more new shares in lieu of cash. However, this whole dividend talk makes absolutely zero sense because companies that are bleeding badly really can't pay a dividend because with losses going through the roof, CBIS would need the cash from a new share issuance not to pay a dividend but to fund operations. Either way, CBIS is losing so much money now that they have no choice but to issue millions upon millions of more shares just to keep going so all I see is big increase in shareholder dilution. If you don't take my word for it you can read CBIS's 10-K filing under CBIS news and see for yourself. I'm not aware of any Pink company that is losing more money than CBIS. I rate CBIS a strong sell because every financial datapoint in its 10-K filing is trending much lower, both quarter over quarter and year over year.
