I emailed IR and told him none of my accounts are update but miraculously his is. So I basically told him is it going to take Ken a year and a date to send the new shares over? My brokers told me that they send the old shares back to the company to retire them and then the company sends over new ones. Both brokers said they already did their part so now waiting on the company. I have been reeming Ken out on Linked in but the usual never get an answer back but John at IR said he was going to forward my email. If I hear anything I will let everyone know.
