Having read the emails, can someone find where Health Canada asks for a phone call "to discuss accelerating the build out". There is a reference to a phone call to discuss an UPDATE previously sent by Chaaban saying he will be ready for an inspection in April, nothing more.

Chaaban's imagination and exaggeration , becomes another lie .

Health Canada responds and asks for a phone call to discuss accelerating the build-out. CEN agrees to Health Canada's request and accelerates the build-out and modifies original plans to achieve the promised provisional license.
