I would've preferred to see him start off smaller he picked the first place to be expensive spent a ton of doe on the lease before it was even open and now he has to shut down to open the second one? who's paying the rent? I haven't seen anything official of this but if the place is making money why would you close down makes no sense.
This has a great trademark and could be started with just a fleet of hot dog carts that could've been purchased and owned with the rent money we wasted on this building so far which would be a lot more inexpensive way to try to get some profit rolling in. but whatever just going to trade my blue chips forget about this...
