Would Rauner post that kind of info with a quarterly filing or just as soon as the merger is done no matter what?

If so, aren't quarterly filings are due 45 days after the end of the quarter which would be by May 15 for Q1?

Please correct me if I'm mistaken. I'm just a little confused at this point and could use some clarification... not trying to call anyone out on this.
